A Gamer’s Plea

With advances in video game technology so quickly and so far from where they started, one can not help, the idea of where he’ll speak from here. After all, is an important part of the creative process, and we want to help our writings, even in some small way. One of the first games that we can remember Commodore’s “Pong.” But never before, we believe the industry is not at the point it has reached today. One thing is certain, and that the game industry is pushing full steam.

Today, we have a little imagination to see where our imagination and desires we would.
The following offers some suggestions that might make a little thing called “impossible”.

We’re a bit with the “Sun Glasses Game” idea is fascinating. Wearing a pair of dark glasses and with technology “Nintendo Wii” system put in place, it could literally be a game, right before our eyes, and then use it to interact with a device that is the size of a pen. Since this is not exactly a new idea, we expect to see what University of South Australia’s’ ARQuake “project - a springboard for this type of games designed to develop in the near future for you.

Another good idea, we are pleased to see the break in the gaming industry is the ability to talk to characters in a game. Some games allow players to have characters speaking literally, but we wish that this pushed a little further. We want to be able to interact verbally with the characters: a few questions in order to warn of fun, and talk with them, as if we were talking about other people. And we want to hear these characters talk back! This is the last chance, artificial intelligence, and although it will probably take years, if this technology widely available, we are confident that there would be a success.

Will we ever, to the point where we’re playing in a simulated environment, as the characters of “Star Trek: The Next Generation could play?” Virtual reality is becoming closer, but the reality of the simulation is gone for now, we are looking beast on the goggles and gloves. Working for the simulation of this kind, it must be as little as a barrier between the player and the game as possible. We do not do what I just think we’re in a game, we feel that we are involved, and we want to be honest, we do not have to go somewhere outside of our house, do so.

TV or computer screen will now be sufficient, but in future we want to go with the elements, the games are the miracle that is now being surrounded. We will want the caves, or rooms in a foreign ship or simulated virtual jungle transform. In short, we want a new world.

A possible obstacle to make this fantasy into our living room is public acceptance. What the public for such a high level of entertainment you ready? And the public could cope? Immediately after the release of Nintendo Wii, customers who complain that they wanted their old controllers are back! As with any new construction, it will probably unintended consequences, and although we Gung-Ho for this kind of progress that we also share concerns about the impact they have on an audience that is not “as good as done. ”

Therefore, one can certainly imagine, introduced a few laws that restrict the use of our fantastic game. We already have laws that attempt, the same day and our belief that a good thing. The last thing we want in a game of chance encounter is a physical injury - especially if we try to take advantage of the virtual conversation!
